Lost Gems Of Freestyle 21 - Blinded With Love by DJ Taz4All
This latest session of Lost Gems happens to contain many of my favorite, relatively unknown, tracks of the freestyle genre, many of which should have gone mainstream in my opinion. The Hanson & Davis opening track is one of these. I will not provide a list of every one, but take special note of a few. The cuts from Sparkle, Rahsun, Remy, Im-mäge, and D.B. Cook are among many that stand out. But Split Decision - Runaway tops the list. Well produced freestyle track with a catchy beat and great vocals.
Tanya Wynne has a soulful R&B voice much in the Anita Baker mold, that has a way of touching the emotions inside of you. Unfortunately, this was the only freestyle track she made. Other than that, she recorded a few house songs.
Lastly, Ileana contributes a freestyle-pop type song with much Latin Flava near the end .
